A Bonding & Surety Account Manager at Byars|Wright secures and reviews underwriting info from clients and communicates appropriately with Sureties. This role is responsible for checking the accuracy of documents, communicating and securing corrections, and more. Experience is preferred.

The ideal candidate is able to multitask, pay strict attention to detail, and work efficiently and swiftly to deliver results in a timely manner.

A Commercial Lines Assistant Account Manager role is responsible for assisting the Account Managers in serving our customers. This includes collaborating with account managers on new and renewal business, cross-selling, aiding customers with service needs, and making changes to existing accounts – all while being a true partner to the sales team to continually enable additional opportunities.

A Personal Lines Account Manager will align our services to the needs of our customers. This role is responsible for retaining current customers as well as generating new business. Our Personal Lines Account Managers are true partners to the sales team and strive to continually enable additional opportunities by referring our Personal Lines customers to departments such as Life Insurance, Employee Benefits, and Commercial Lines.

A Marketing Manager at Byars|Wright works with Producers and Account Managers on available markets and information needed to place new accounts; they are story tellers. This role establishes and recommends appropriate coverages on new submissions; reviews and creates loss control and pricing programs for individual pieces of new business; and is in constant communication with our carriers to ensure that new and renewal quotes are delivered on a timely basis.
