Since 1946, Byars Wright, Inc., has developed into a major provider of commercial and personal insurance with six offices across central Alabama. As a member of the Where Relationships Matter Group, the firm oversees the risk management and insurance needs of organizations throughout the United States and represents numerous companies, all with a history of excellent service. Byars|Wright has been designated a Best Practices Agency by the Independent Insurance Agents and Brokers of America every year since entering the Best Practices Study in 2016. Byars Wright was also named “Best Companies to Work For in Alabama” by Business Alabama in 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, and 2021 – winning first place in the mid-size category in 2020 and 2021.
The agency employs nearly 60 professionals, including the representatives contained within its Risk Management Services and Employee Benefits divisions.
